Country heat workout dvd12/24/2022 ![]() “That’s exactly what makes Country Heat so powerful - you’re going to have so much fun doing it, you won’t even realize that you’re burning tons of calories and working your entire body…you’re going to want to keep coming back for more!” What Is Country Heat?Ĭountry Heat is a 30-day low-impact dance workout program that features five dance workouts, one full-body dance-conditioning workout, and a bonus line dancing workout. “What most people think about is having fun, being social, listening to great music, and maybe getting a little sweaty as they dance with friends,” says Autumn. If you are interested in purchasing Country Heat, head on over to and check it out.Looking for a fun way to get fit? Get ready to turn up the heat and burn off the calories with Country Heat, the country dance-inspired workout from Super Trainer and professionally-trained dancer Autumn Calabrese. If you are a fan of country music, don’t mind having some fun in the privacy of your living room, and want to learn some super sweet dance moves (I feel like a professional dancer now ) ), then I know you will love Country Heat as much as I do.Īnd now, for your entertainment, enjoy this video I made of my favorite moves from each dance workout! It’s nothing special (and I am definitely not a talented “dancer”), but I did this so you can see what the workouts look like. If you are looking for something to get your heart rate up and into the groove of working out, this is the program for you! Country Heat was a lot of fun, and I loved getting to dance every day. They were easy, delicious and filling, which (if you don’t know already) is the only thing I cook! Overall Thoughts The meal plan also came with some recipes, and I tried a couple of them. If you are interested, I highly recommend it, because it really opened my eyes to portion control and to really watch what I eat. I just need more food than they tell me to eat, and it’s not as effective for me. The point is to focus on eating the right amount of the right foods, and I love the concept behind it. If you aren’t familiar with the BeachBody meal plan, you are given a specific number of containers of each food group to eat. I ended up just focusing on eating healthy, clean foods, and I felt pretty good by the end of the four weeks! I know I could have done better, but it was a great start to getting back on track. I don’t know if it’s just because of me and my love for food, but I feel like 1,200 calories is not enough for me, and that’s the plan I’m placed in. I’m personally not the hugest fan of the plan, because I feel like it’s not enough food for me. I have done the 21 Day Fix before, and this was the same meal plan as the Fix. But to be honest, I didn’t workout every day, which is probably why my results weren’t as great as I would have liked! Some days I combined the dancing with a run (usually 2-3 miles), and others I did some toning afterwards. The Dance Conditioning was also great, but I prefer Tone it Up for my toning workouts. The dances increased in intensity over the course of the program (I followed the calendar that came with my package), and the later ones were the ones I liked the most! My favorite dances were Down and Dirty and Trail Ride, because the songs were so fun, and I loved the moves. There were only a few that I had to skip every once in a while because of my knees. Overall, the dance moves were not super difficult or high impact. But after a few of the videos, they got more fun, and I found myself enjoying the workouts. It was a different from any other dance workout I’ve ever done, and took a little getting used to. Then you do a second move for eight 8-counts, and for the next 8-counts combine the two moves (refer to the video below if that description was confusing!). ![]() ![]() Each move lasts for an 8-count, and you repeat that same move eight times. The workouts go through a variety of songs that have been edited to coincide with the moves you do. To be completely honest, when I did my first workout, I had no idea what to expect and was a little disappointed by the format of the dances. It also comes with dance conditioning workout, and since I purchased the deluxe package, I received a bonus line dance and the Dirty 30 from the 21 Day Fix. The program comes with five 25-30 minute dance workouts that also have a move breakdowns that walk you through the moves before you start the routine. I’m always looking for a low impact way to get some cardio in, and this sounded right up my alley. It helped that it was only 30 days long (compared to the 8 week long 22 Day Heat program), and that I absolutely love dancing! When I first heard that they were releasing Country Heat, I was ecstatic. I recently completed the Country Heat Program by BeachBody and I still can’t believe it! It was my first BeachBody program to actually do from start to finish and I’m so proud of myself.
